DBL high-performance reactors are divided into three-phase and single-phase, all of which are iron core dry type. The iron core adopts high-quality wear-resistant cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, and the core column is divided into uniform small segments by a plurality of air gaps, and the air gap is isolated by Nomex insulating paper to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation. The coil of the reactor is wound by a class H insulating enamel-coated copper wire. The arrangement is tight and uniform, and the outer surface does not contain an insulating layer.
